"Consume by" date is three days from date of dispatch; please plan to use as soon as possible after arrival when selecting chilled handling. Note that slight discoloration may occur during shipping.
We recommend frozen shipping. But, you can choose chilled shipping as well. Can be used for Sushi and Sashimi.
