We have a 7-day return policy, which allows you 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and address it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable ItemsCertain

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without having to provide a justification. As above, but the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If approved, you will receive a refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and disburse your refund.
